Chober Chaber needs some love

I love the concept that Chober Chaber brings to a build -- but it's not really build defining in its current state because:

1. Spirit is too low -- it cannot compete with a scepter + 1H.

2. Even with minion dmg increasing self-damage, the damage is too low at end game to make a hybrid minion/mace competitive.

Since it's a 2H weapon, you give up the off hand slot for a scepter (or shield, but we're talking minions here so scepter).

I can only throw out some half baked ideas like:

- increase spirit to 100 if used as a 2H weapon (or no wep in off-hand)
- increase damage to make it end-game viable. Some possible ideas:
----> add flat damage per total spirit player has reserved for minions
----> make the level requirement higher (and therefore the flat dmg higher)
----> add flat damage per minion (persistent, non-persistent, or both)
(not meant to be a "do all of these" list -- just one will do)

I'm sure the actual game designers can come up with something end-game viable :)

For what it's worth:

Unless there's something great in Templar ascensions, when they come out, Chober Chaber isn't meant for trying to contruct a mace/minion hybrid build.
Could easily be the case they've put in a weapon meant for a character they haven't added yet.

In the meantime, it's meant for building all in on minion build, but being an Abyssal Lich using Umbral souls.
