My email got changed and support does not want to bring it back

Someone changed the email of my account. I did not notice cause I play through steam, but when I tried to link POE to Xbox it required a code from my email.

Then I noticed the email was .ru I am not a Russian and my email is totally different.
Contacted support and [Removed by Support] I gave all the info they required. [Removed by Support]The account is very VERY important to me and idk what to do now :(.
The last email I sent I insulted way too much, but I feel that I spoke to a brainless person on an AI.[Removed by Support]
I do own the steam account through which the POE account was created way back, so I can 100% prove that I do own the account.

Will you look into it please ?
Account recovery has been disasterously backlogged for a year. It was never fast, but before POE2's EA GGG was generally handling it in a few weeks. That exploded to months a year ago. The most recent reports I've seen from anyone who got an account back were around the June timeframe. They reported a minimum of 4 email exchanges with 4-6 weeks between senior GGG responses.

More recently people have reported a few fast initial information gathering exchanges with junior support staff before communications appeared to go dark with the handoff to a senior person. I'm unclear if this is part of the process from early in the year, or if they've handed off preliminaries to junior support to reduce the number of exchanges needed with the really slow (and presumably overworked) senior person who finishes the process.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?
