Merchant tab not working - won't let me put things in to sell

This only started happening about 10 mins ago. I tried to post a ring for sale but the window won't let me drop anything in. Also, when I pick up something which is already posted in the window I can't put it back down, in the window.
I checked, and my sales are registered on Trade. I just can't put anything else up.
