Where is our twitch drops for this week

How come we have not reeved our Twitch finisher drop for the second week of the league. I claimed it but it never showed up in my account. What gives.

Hi there, sorry to hear about this! Could you please try disconnecting your Path of Exile account from your Twitch account (https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections) and then try re-linking it (https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/twitch).
Once re-linked, could you use the 'View Rewards' button (https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/connections) to refresh Twitch entitlements, and see if this helps? If you still don't have your Twitch drops after re-linking, could you please email us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this matter for you? |

Ok I followed you instructions and relinked everything again and it worked. It's funny that I got the drops from week 1 no problem. I'm not sure why week 2 gave me a problem. Thanks for your help
