Account Recovery, Need an Official or someone in Management.

I have been trying to get my account recovered for quite sometime.

I finally got the receipt from XSOLLA showing my purchase, linked to my account name that I am trying to recover, also shows the email which i no longer have access to, which is WHY I am jumping through all these hoops to get my account recovered.

After showing my statement Xsolla sent me my receipt. I emailed my receipt to customer support. They had me make a dummy account and get the character up to lionells watch.

Upon completing this. I was expecting to gain access to my account having it being switched over the email I wish to use. Also my poe2 account as well which was discussed with another CSR.

I dont know who needs to know this but the new CSR ( customer service resp) literally told me that It didnt match my records.. WHICH it clearly does.

I have spent A LOT of money supporting GGG. However the level of customer service from individuals who are not reading the other conversations . not even bothering to read the receipt and then lie to me and tell me that it doesnt match their records when the RECEIPT CLEARLY tells another story is upsetting.

The poor level of customer service I have experienced from GGG during this case is ridiculous.

TLDR was told to get a receipt from XSOLLA which shows my account name, my purchase and my account name.. which i am trying to recover.

CSR and XSOLLA reviewed my bank statement and then sent me the receipt.

I showed the receipt to a CSR.

He approved it. Told me to make a dummy account and get them through lionells watch.. I did that..

NEW REP is now saying that the information doesnt match..even though i sent him THE SAME INFORMATION i sent the last individual

Now they are saying I cannot recover my account after I GAVE YALL the information YOU ASKED FOR!

Wheres the professionalism ? wheres the accountability, wheres the customer support ?

This is what I was told to present. I presented it and am now being told that it doesnt match records but it also doesnt match the account i'm trying to recover by a GGG Employee, WHICH IT CLEARLY DOES!
