CAST ON CRIT BUG!!!!

I have enough spirit all requirments met, the meteor it was working just fine, then it stopped working when ii unsocket and resocket diallas desire on cast on crit !!, on the info with all the supported gem socketed the DpS of my meteor on cast on crit should be 900k but for some reason its 290k after resocketing the diallas desire, the cast on crit is turned on but the light yellow spirit gauge beside mana bar is not consumed, and even thouvh my cast on crit is already turned on the logo of cast on crit doest appear bellow my screen, its usually there when its turned on beside the cast on elemental ailment, please fix this stupid buf my build depends on Cast on crit, and theres not point in playing if my character cant benefit from cast on crit fkn bugg
