Cast on Crit BUG Please Fix it!!

Ive been using Cast on Crit since long time Attached on it is metior, with support skill of Diallas desire, concentrated Area, pin point Critical, Effeciency 2. it suddenly stopped working, i have enough spirit when i try to Turn on and off the spirit see gauge beside the mana bar doesnt change even though its already turned on, usually if its turned on i see the logo of cast on crit below with a percentage now its gone all i see is cast on elemental ailment please fix this
