sarn encampment (act 8) still green after clearing essence of the hag quest

The Sarn Encampment in act 8 is still green after clearing the essence of the hag quest. bug report #3,194,308,272

I found that typing /recheck_achievements in chat fixed it.

edit: scratch that, it sorta fixed it, causing it to randomly switch back and forth between green and non-green with seconds or minutes between. With an animation like the sun is setting/rising.
