Request for Goodwill Review–Verified Owner/Account Compromised (No Ticket # Shown)

My Path of Exile account was compromised several years ago and later restricted for RMT/cheating actions that occurred while it was under another person’s control. When I first contacted GGG support about three years ago, I was informed that my account had been locked to prevent further damage — not banned. During that same support ticket, while the conversation was still ongoing, the account was later banned without any explanation provided at the time. I only recently reopened the matter and learned for the first time that the ban was due to RMT activity that took place after the compromise, while the account was no longer under my control. GGG support has already verified that I am the original owner of the account. However, I never received any confirmation emails when my Steam account was unlinked or when a new email was attached — I was never asked to authorize those changes. It’s also been very frustrating that each reply in my support thread came from a different support representative, making it difficult to maintain a clear and consistent understanding of my case over time. I’ve been a dedicated Path of Exile player for about nine and a half years and have spent a significant amount on supporter packs during that time. I have already submitted a goodwill exception request and would deeply appreciate a senior review to determine if my entitlements (MTX and supporter packs) could be restored to a new account.
