Path Of Exile 2 - Pathfinder Concoction Spell Bug

I've recently decided to pivot my pathfinder build towards the acidic concoction from the explosive concoction. Through this respec process all was going well (done in one go) until I saw that in my spell bar it still said and showed explosive, even after the respec. I then looked into my spell bar and dragged the explosive concoction spell to see if it was still bugged which then in turn became acidic. The visuals on the spell bar and the spell itself then became correct. However the spell didn't poison and instead did flame damage. I later refunded and tried all the other ones. They worked correctly even the explosive as it did before all of this. However going back the poison multiple times didn't work at all and only did physical damage and not flame anymore. Closing the game after refunding partially and re-joining multiple times to respec didn't help in the slightest with the poison concoction. I believe I have tried everything possible on my end and hope someone can look into this for me. Thanks in advance.
