stuck in arastas

so im in act 4 where i killed all the bosses and got all the weapon pieces, and in arastas a cant pass threw the guards. its says in the mission to ask about the weapon and i know im suposed to ask to the missionary but it doesnt show up to ask him

i might have triggered a buge because when i first came to arastas everything was normal, the ambush started, i died and then i teleported to another location. when i came back there was no ambush and nothing i could do to progress in the story
