Unable to link Twitch Account with PoE account

I checked my Twitch connections and there isn't a previous connection to remove to try to re-link. So I'm kind of at a loss as of what to do?

I tried closing out of my browser, to see if I could refresh the browser instance, before logging in and hitting "Connect".
I tried logging into Path of Exile first before hitting the "Connect" button in twitch in case there's an issue with the request being terminated by having to login through Steam.
I tried clearing my cookies and cache client side.

And now I'm kind of at a loss, do I put in a ticket through Twitch?
