go your Profile->Manage account-> scroll down to Twitch and click on view Rewards.... takes a bit, be patient. And when you see the list and Xesht's Slam Rare Finisher Effect is listed go ingame and check again it should be there, otherwise move on with the e-mail and support ;)
seems like there is some problem with delivering it correctly and this helped a lot of people |
