Tectonic Slam of Cataclysm charge consumption doesn't work anymore

We are ignoring this fabricated issue for yet another "patch"? Not even telling players if the new lack of functionality is a bug or intended? A problem which could likely be solved in a matter of seconds with a rollback?

Utterly embarrassing. I feel I'm being punished for investing anything into PoE2.

I think I will try my best to get my tectonic slam MTX refunded and probably stop buying anything at all from this Tencent company.

Perhaps the suffering of their profits will finally stir something.

One of the most popular starter builds in the original Phrecia league was Generals Cry & Tectonic slam of cataclysm - some of the bigger content creators promoted this build & did league starter videos for it, etc.

I assume there will be an influx of players league starting the upcoming Phrecia event with this build - their league starts will obviously be ruined as the skill is pretty useless due to the bug....

.....but hopefully enough people will be upset about this to make GGG aware of this bug and actually fix it for 3.28 :)
