MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED DUE TO A GAME VULNERABILITY

I've been playing PoE2 for a short time, a little over 200 hours, and I've invested a lot of money and effort in it. But I had to go on a trip away from my city for more than three weeks, and when I returned, I found my account had been banned. I filed a report, and they managed to unban it, but when I logged in, I discovered I had nothing. All my items, currency, etc., were stolen.

I already sent a request with evidence to that Gmail account, but they haven't given me a solution for my items and currency, even though I sent photos and they themselves unlocked my account, so what I'm saying is true.
