Freezing Shrine locks you out from abilities

Hi,
Roughly 35% of the time that I use a freezing shrine it will cause me to be locked out from using any abilities including town portal. The only way to fix it is by exiting the game and restarting it. Last bumped on Nov 9, 2025, 4:45:53 AM

It's not only freezing shrine,( actually never happened to me on a shrine) opening a strongbox can do the same to you, you can still move but not use skill, interact with waypoints or open portals etc.
