Instant trade tab blocked

I have been using this method since poe 2 realeased it , no trouble in poe 1 until today , one of my instant trade tabs is blocked , i can still use the other one , weird

i relog a few times , cleaned the cache and now its fixed , no idea if i fixed or it fixed itself :)
