if you get hacked all ggg will say and do is sorry change ur password... wtf kind of service is that i think this is the worst customer service i have ever delt with in my years of playing.

dont forget that they also lock you out of your account so you cant even play the game until they unlock it which can take who knows how long. if i ever get hacked i just wont even tell them so i can keep playing without getting locked out

They also don't support any MFA apps (e.g. Ente Auth; Google Authenticator).

I understand not every company can provide the customer service that Blizzard used to back when World of Warcraft was absolutely huge; but if GGG want to put the onus on us to keep our accounts safe, then the least they could do is give us the tools with which to do that.
