Can’t allocate ascendancy points

I’m on Xbox. I have completed all trials, I am at the end where I should interact with the altar or ascendancy.
But I cannot allocate my points in the passive tree.
It happened also for the 3rd ascendancy and I managed to go on with the game without them, but now I completed all trials and still this bug occurs. What should I do? I’m going nuts!
