Kingsmarch atlas runners

Having to replace an atlas runner that dies is such a pain in the ass.

Change it to atlas runner was injured and you need to pay workers comp (like 50k) to get them back to work or something. Make the expensive reroll recruit option always have a tier 5 runner.

anything to make it easier to replace them would be appreciated.
