Cannot attach any grafts to Ranger

When I changed my graft the spell will not show up for any others now or the one I started with. Cannot find spell to rebind key at all.

Weathered in light did the same to me.
They say to reset the game, check hide graft or something but neither worked. I still can command my graft, it will not show on my action bar, and it was earlier.
So idk, if you find a fix please let me know. Thanks

I'm using Wreathed in light, but haven't noticed this happen yet.

Are other grafts working for you Leahey? Are upto having the second graft yet?Sounds like OP is unable to use any graft currently.
