Hivebrain Gland Fight - No altar or limbs post fight

Same issue here. Also the portal to return is bugged it´s not proper shown I can only see it if I´m near the exit of the boss fight.

Same issue, 3 days of not being able to spec my bloodline or complete the genesis tree. Killed esh+tul in t16 map hive colony 6 times. No body part, no tree points, no bloodline altar.
