Ps5 and error when connecting to trade

I can log in on my phone and pc, but myself and global chat could not on ps5.

I did some next level magic by using the validation page on cloudscape to access their website, then their social media page, then YouTube, then Google and finally searched for an online traceroute website to see if there's issues for Sony consoles themselves connection to the website.

I'm not too sure if it helps figure out where the issue lies but I uploaded a pic of the results.

That's on the console itself, don't know if that's useful it may just be my connection but that's what I can do to assist figuring out the problem.
