Invisible Breach perimeter and Breach Monsters

For some reason, once I activate a Breach, I cannot see the area expanding or shrinking, and the monsters don't appear either. I am still able to attack them though. This does not happen every time, but it has been happening quite often. If I were to estimate, I would say anywhere from 30% to 60% of the time (I have not been keeping track of it). When I asked General Chat, other people were saying they have also been experiencing this. Regular breaches, prior to this new league, were working fine. Was just looking for a thread on this and found yours. I've experienced this a few times. Seems to occur only for the expanding breach encounters.
Also the bar doesn't show progress, etc. |

This is happening for me also. Sometimes the breach vfx, breach monsters, and timer progress bar (but not the kills progress bar) will be invisible. I can still kill monsters and any extra effects attached to them (burning, etc) still render.

Same for me, breach monsters during expanding breach are invisible, so is the line showing breach "timer". Sometimes the animation when moster is killed is visible, the corpse then dissapears.
When this happens, only breach mosters are invisible, map monsters stay visible. |

On day 1 of the league I was having the opposite problem. I would encounter breaches fully open and the progress bar would be maxed out, regardless of the actual progress. Enemies would only appear where the expanding circle would be.
Since day 2 I now occasionally encounter these breeches where the circle never expands and the enemy models do not load. When this happens the kill progress bar loads, but not the closing timer bar. |

I had this issue as well. I did not have it for my first character but my second it was happening at 100% of the time on the unstable breaches leading me to think it was a shader cache problem. as such I did these steps and at-least for right now it has not happened to me again (yet) and hopefully its a permanent fix.
Deleted all shader cache folders from the game files (ShaderCacheXXXXX.packed) where xxx is the renderer used. I just deleted all 3. (if on steam) Verify integrate of game files (don't think this step is needed as the cache should update on launch I think but to be safe I did it anyways) Launch game >>EDIT After about 24 hours it has started to happen very rarely again. So this did not fix the issue its a best a bandaid and at worst I just got lucky w/ the timing of doing this lining up with the bug not happening.
