Splinter Bosses and Uber Arbiter

Hello, GGG please give these bosses more importance in the game.
I have over 1200 hours and i stopped doing Breach/Delirium/Ritual/Arbiter bosses long time ago, for the simple fact that the effort <> reward is not remotely balanced neither justified.

The droprates and reward from these bosses needs to be highly increased to a fixed amount of at least 1 div, at least 50% of the times. Increase maybe the splinters needed to spawn them, i dont know, just come up with something.

It is really bad to just collect 3 fragments to fight uber arbiter, go to angie and commute them to div and walk away instantly with 5 divs, while attempting fight will leave you with 1 regal orb.

I urge you to fix the difficulty/reward of this game because its completely whack.

There is nothing more productive than running maps, everything else is borderline marginal. I feel it shouldnt be like this.

Another example is Olroth, selling runic splinters is way more lucrative and beneficial than go fight him, because nothin ever drops.

I have on me 40+ olroth, 20+ Uber arbiters, i lost count on breach and ritual bosses, and over 70 simulacrum.

Nothing good ever came from these amount of encounters compared to the amount of divs i could have gotten if instead of fighting them i would convert the materials to divs from Angie.

Hope you take a real look into this because to me is a huge issue.
Its the n°1 issue this game has for me, the feeling of not getting reward for the amount of time i put into the game.

TLDR. Increase all bosses difficulty/hp but increase vastly the rewards you get from them. These should be challenging but rewarding, You have turned uber bosses into normal map bosses. too easy, 0 reward.
