Missing/Bugged Breach Visuals

I've repeatedly had the issue that a regular/unstable breach wouldn't show the expanding zone while the progress bar is completely purple, making it impossible to gauge progress.

In some instances when approaching an unstable breach there is a static breach border like with the stabilized breaches until the breach encounter is over.

OS: Win 11 24H2
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
RAM: 32 GB
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3080 10GB
Driver Version: 581.57
