Insane lag spike 3.27

Hello, since the start of the 3.27 league, I've been experiencing constant lag spikes. I've tried different servers, and they appear practically everywhere, even when hideouting. I've tried solving my problem through YouTube videos, but they haven't worked. When I do an encounter, like Ritual, or Alve, it immediately disconnects me to the game panel.

I didn't have these problems with 3.26, even when playing on higher settings. The only time I got kicked out was during Ritual.

Game is totally unplayable for me since this morning. I play on EU servers as well and only PoE has this issue, every single game i checked is all right when it comes to this topic...

also idk what happened, since today the game got unplayable. can stand in hideout but the moment i go into a map and start clearing the ms go way over 300ms and i just get stuck.
