bug with Arcane Isle Hideaout

Hello, found a very serious bug in the new Keepers of the Flame Supporter Packs, when entering the new hideout called Arcane Isle Hideaout was error vk::Queue::submit:: ErorDeviceLost, I had Vulkan changed to DirectX12 I could enter, but on Vulkan it is impossible to do this.
Has anyone had this problem?
Is it better to just not use Vulkan?
