In all honesty, this cannot be called a balance patch. It's an unbalance patch.

We will se a super big majority of the players playing elementalist kinetic rain for the whole league unless there are some urgent nerfs for it. The build diversity in 3.27 will probably be the worst it has been out of all previous leagues.

I’ve been unable to see any clarification on this question. With the upcoming trade changes will there be a single shared economy, or will console and PC markets remain separate? This profoundly impacts the play experience on console.

They haven't said anything about it because nothing is changing.

Consoles continue to be separate from PC, and from each other. There is no crossplay in PoE1, so they can't combine the economies.

Even with this new async trade, you still actually warp to other person's hideout, so they would need crossplay in order to combine economies.

FWIW, I don't want combined economies. I prefer the small economy on PSN.

Regarding the "At most 1 projectile" line on the new runegraft:

For mods like "Modifiers to number of Projectiles instead apply to the number of targets Projectiles Split towards" on Fury Valve, would that then become "At most 1 target Projectile Splits towards"? Or does this bypass the downside? Similar questions notably apply to poisonous concoction of bouncing and power siphon.
Can we get some detail on Living Lightning? How many times can it attack before dispersing? How fast does it attack? How much damage does it do? Will it have the Spell tag? Will it scale off of increased lightning damage?

Is it the same as POE2?

Well, it would not be first time the lied, last time they lied was about Poe2 not affecting Poe1. And now we see then fruits of focusing manpower on Poe 2 and constant FB updates Poe 2 only. Thing is, they will not get punished for it, they got more than enough profit from game, that is why they do job half done and still get away with it, while in other jobs loss would be big.
