COC does not trigger lv28 comet properly, my mistake, it does work fine

I am using a cast on crit build to trigger comet. previously I use a total lv23 comet, it works fine.

today I upgrade gear to reach lv29 comet and it rarely trigger the comet even though the upper left meter reaches 100 and back to 0.

with the same gear, I switch to lower tier comet to test. as long as it is below lv28, it works fine. with lv28 or lv29 comet it fails to properly trigger.



edit: my mistake it does work fine, use efficiency gem or increase max life would solve the issue.
