I lost Dialla’s Desire, it like a Bug !!!!!!!!!

Today 16:30pm Vietnam
I found Dialla desire gem when i killed King of the Myst
Then i plug it into 3Herald suite (herald of thunder)
And then i cant see the suite anymore
When i log back the account, it like reroll to 1 min before i found that
This is a big drop to me. Like my trophy
