Frostwall + Vaal + Omen of corruption Bugs not change

I did Vaal + Omen of corruption 40+ times

I got Frostwall not change 10+ pieces

Quality +3 -3 / Slot +1 -1 / Level skill -1 around 30+ pieces

but I can't get +1 Frostwall from Vaal + Omen of corruption

Not a bug, just unlucky. There are plenty of 21/20's on trade, so the gem is possible to go to level 21. And Omen of Corruption does not prevent the option of gaining 1 socket, which still does nothing if full sockets, with or without the omen.

I believe it's a 1 in 8 chance for +1 level by default, and omen goes to 1 in 6? Not hitting a 1/6 in 40+ attempts is just unlucky, but not a bug.
