Blood Mage dies with high Energy Shield

Hello GGG,
My character is using Blood Mage with high life regeneration. As you can see in the screenshot, when the character died, the Energy Shield was still very high. I don't believe that poison or bleed could have killed the character, since at that moment the life regeneration was likely over 1,000 HP per second. I already reported this bug once yesterday, and today it happened again. It's very frustrating and really affecting my experience with the game. Probably the Heavy Buffer passive. After using the skill, you have very little health left and at that moment you take damage.
