Uber Arbiter Resets to Non-Uber Version

To reproduce:

1. In the Burning Monolith, use the Calamity Fragments to spawn the Uber Arbiter of Ash.

2. Look at the boss with your dev tools. He is lv 84 and has 20 million hp. As a player, I see that on his life bar during the fight

and if I kill him without dying he drops ilvl 86 items.

3. Start the fight, die and re-enter.

4. Look at the boss again. Now he is lv 82 with 5 million hp

and drops ilvl 84 items. This is the regular non-uber Arbiter from the Crisis Fragments.

Patch notes 0.3 don't mention anything about Uber Arbiter downgrading to the regular version if you don't kill him on the first try. Therefore, this must be a bug.
