Failed to connect to instance when trading or entering Well of Souls

Hello,

I keep getting the "Failed to connect to instance" error in Path of Exile 2.
This happens in multiple situations:

When I try to buy an item from another player.

When I attempt to enter the Well of Souls to reveal a Desecrated area.

Occasionally in other zone transitions as well.

My internet connection is stable and speed tests show high bandwidth with low latency, so I don’t think it’s a local connection issue.

Could you please check if this is related to server instability, instance creation, or something wrong with my account/connection settings?
