Intermittent Spirit Passive nonfunctional

I am running an Amazon on the Hollow Palm build. I currently have 92 spirit available and have set Herald of Thunder, Herald of Ash, and Wind Dancer as passive spirit effects.

The effects work most of the time, but randomly turn off and cannot be turned back on. Unequipping and re-equipping the gems does not fix this issue. Setting single Spirit gems also does not fic the issue. Spirit passives use up my available spirit but do not grant any bonuses, return no errors, are not red on the list. They will randomly activate after a random amount of time, and will randomly deactivate again after a random amount of time.

Any ideas as to why?

Please disregard. Even though there are no weapon sets while unarmed, it was defaulting to the second weapon set.

This issue is resolved.
