This has occurred for me twice so far, both on the cenotes endgame map in version 0.3.1. In both cases the boss started the large tornado attack where they go invulnerable and spawn miniature tornadoes. After the normal amount of time for the attack, the boss re-enters the arena inside the big tornado (and is vulnerable to damage once more) but the tornado does not disappear. Instead it remains for the rest of the boss fight and after the bosses death. As of writing this report, the attack is still in the arena 8+ minutes after the boss fight. Luckily after the boss fight it seems the hitbox is removed, but during the bossfight its hitbox is present even as the boss does other attacks.
