PoE 2 0.3 - Missing Uniques

Hi! I'm on a quest to collect every unique item in the game for 0.3. I was almost done when I've noticed that some items are missing from the uniques tab:



* Gloves - Blessed Bonds Linen Wraps - only found in Standard, was disabled in 0.3.0 (The Remembered Tales unique relic removed).
* Ring - Bursting Decay Unset Ring - only found in Standard, haven't found any info about why it's not dropping on 0.3.
* Ring - Grip of Kulemak - cannot be inserted into the uniques stash tab :(
* Scepter - Palm of the Dreamer Shrine Sceptre - haven't farmed yet!
* Scepter - Guiding Palm (legacy) - was removed during 0.2, only found in standard now, but the place in the stash tab remains.



Can anyone give any info about the Bursting Decay Unset Ring?

Bursting Decay Ring is drop limited to the Pale Angel boss from a Corrupted Nexus. I haven't personally encountered that one yet, but in theory, if the boss can spawn, so can the ring
