Failed to connect to instance on teleport to other hideouts

I can't buy anything from other players - every time i try to TP to any other player's hideout i get Failed to connect to instance.

Happening to me again today as well, EU, tried a bunch of EU servers. Bricked a map and logbook for me so guess I'm done for the day.
