Waystone drop after 3.1

In 3.0 last rare on map (or map boss) were dropping same tier waystone 100% of the time.
Now in 3.1 since every map has a map boss, i thought every boss will 100% drop waystone. But drop rate is not 100%. Is it intended or a bug? Frozen falls and ravine last maps that i remember bosses didnt drop waystones.

Yeah, same here. i already using up all my t14 and t15 maps already. Im left with 1 (T15) only.

Notice that no more maps dropped even from bosses, it used to drop at least one from bosses but now it just doesnt. The waystone drop is too pathetic.

I probably only be back until they fix this issues. No point to gamble my last waystone and get no new one. Its just ridiculous that a patch had changed such a crucial endgame waystone drop rate.

I also notice the difference of waystone drop rates being lower with this current patch.
