Lag Issues after recent patch - game unplayable

I do not know what you all did but ever since the last patch the game is unplayable. Every 3 steps there is a lag where there is a stutter step and is making the game unplayable. When playing on hardcore you cannot have this type of issue. I have tried all different settings, reduce resolutions, and tried multipe servers, texas, washington, and Cali and it does the same on all the servers. I really hope you find a solution to this problem as again what was a great game has become unplayable. I am on xbox series X but i do not believe it is related to the system being used.

I am so annoyed of this latency and lag spikes in patch 0.3. The game is literally unplayable right now. This was never a problem in 0.1 and 0.2.

Same issue here. Was working fine until 0.3
