The biome no longer show

After update 3.1, the biome no longer show on new maps, without the influence of old towers.

Came here because I noticed the same thing. I thought doing a tower would reveal the biomes of new nodes post 0.3.1, and it DOES NOT REVEAL THE BIOMES.
I am down for this type of interaction, I just wish it worked... Looks like no local knowledge for now, since most maps have multiple biomes. |

yeah it no longer shows the biome type unless it is an old node that was influenced by a tower before the update.
