succour passive not increasing life regeneration rate while using blood of the warrior flask

The passive succour does not increase life regeneration rate on the character sheet while using the unique flask. It does function with a regular flask and is visible on the character sheet. There is no text to indicate this would not work with the unique flask, assuming it is a bug. thanks
