POE2 Massive Freezing Issue

9800x3d, 4070ti, 32gb 6000mhz ddr5 ram

I'm at a loss for whats going on. I'll be playing the game fine and then all of a sudden my whole computer freezes, discord disconnects, brave completely crashes, my mouse moves but its skipping at a snails pace. One time it even scuffed my resolution up and defaulted my refresh rate. It happens most often during zone changes, but ive had it happen elsewhere a couple times. Ive searched a bunch and seen some issues with 24h2 windows update, but those posts were from almost a year ago, so im not sure if thats still my issue or what. Id love to play the game but this is a massive deterrent.
