Passive tree notables do not show Oils needed for anoint

Hello,

I recently noticed that most passive tree notables do not show the oils needed to anoint them despite pressing and holding Alt to see the full description.
Some notables show the oils, albeit very few. However, most of them either do not show anything or show "unallocated", which they obviously are.
Even the notables that I already allocate do not show the oils needed for the anoint, despite it being the case in the past.

I tried going in-game and checking, but all of the passives you've shown here show me the oils required to anoint while holding Alt.

When I checked, the full description was shown for all passives, not just when Alt was being held. With no hands on the keyboard, passives would show things like "Elemental Ailments are..."
