Lag Spikes AGAIN?!?!?!?!?

This is the second time I have experienced lag spikes so large, that they have ruined runs for me. This run just so happened to be for 3rd assentation points. I was watching 3000 ms spikes happen live. I snapped a couple of caps.

Not sure what the issue is, but first with the DC servers now the TX servers.
