POE2 Guild Hourglass hideout issue

I bought the hourglass guild hideout in representation of our guild recently, we are able to entered the hideout. However, we are not able to edit it at all. (I am the leader)

We also noticed that some of the guild hideout item could not be used as well.

Can anyone please assist?? Thank you.
