Smith of Kitava "Flowing Metal" is either not working or isn't reflected in the armor tooltip

This is the armor node that gives "Body Armour grants 50% of armour also applies to elemental damage".

If you hover over your armour value on the character panel, you can see what % of your armour is applied to ele damage. Selecting this talent does not affect what this tooltip displays. Alternatively, if you equip/unequip armor pieces with this same property, the tooltip adjusts the value it displays accordingly.

I can reproduce this issue on several other Smith characters.
