Epitaph map with Boss Indicator did not spawn a boss

Ran an Epitah Map that was irradiated and had expedition and a boss. Both expedition and irradiation were from tablets and the boss spawn was a natural spawn.

The area where the boss was suppose to spawn a boss had 3 rares instead.

Also the existence (or supposed existence) of a boss was confirmed by the boss checkpoint appearing when the last rare was killed.
