Guild Hideouts & Map Devices “unavailable” after purchase PS5

I tried to buy a hideout and map device for my guild and after purchasing the guild versions of these micro transactions

* the twisted hideout keeps kicking me stating I need to leave and come back in a new instance
* the twisted hideout disappears as a location to go to

* my supporter archive map device theme that i donated a guild version to shows as unavailable when trying to place the device
* the timekeeper (guild version) map device theme that i bought directly in the in game store shows as unavailable when trying to place the device.
